The login screen is the Global Anarchy Denied Operation menu, where you log in. You need to log in using your MantaGames account to play. After logging in, you go to the main menu.
The main Log-in screen has it's own file in Media folder, so it is most noticeable that it does not use internet services to obtain news. The launcher image can be changed.
